Blindead, Tides From Nebula, Broken Betty, Psychollywood & Merkabah @ Ucho, Gdynia – 27 XII 2009
It was my 2nd Blindead gig and 4th or 5th from Tides From Nebula. Awesome and majestic as always. I really like the fact that Blindead becomes more of an audio-visual experience – the visualisations, the lights combined with music and vocals sound and look just amazing. Hope to see them more often!
Broken Betty and the two other bands gave very good performances. Merkabah‘s EP can be downloaded for free from last.fm. Nice piece of music but the guys have a long way to go.

U.D.O. & Interitus @ Loch Ness, Kraków – 4 II 2009
I love hard rock gigs. Good lighting, great crowd and energetic performance. I’m not fan of such music but I love to photograph such gigs!

Nitzer Ebb & Psyche @ Progresja, Warszawa – 12 II 2009
I really, really like Nitzer Ebb. I was very happy to see the guys play before Depeche Mode and the show made me even more eager to see their solo gig in one of the most interesting clubs in Warsaw - Progresja.
They were supported by Psyche, an electro synth pop band. For me, quite a different story from what the Ebbs are doing. Ebbs on the other hand gave great, energetic and aggressive performance. I was captivated through the whole show – EBM at it’s best!
On the other hand, the shooting was quite a surprise. I was told that they were the regular “3 songs, no flash” and the venue’s policy is that after the rule you can shoot from behind (nice overall of the stage and so on). So everything was meant to be perfect..not! After just two songs we were taken from the pit, and were told not to shoot outside it. The band’s manager kept his promise by spending the whole show scouting for photographers…and omitting all the people with point-and-shoot cameras. I mean, what’s the point?
And how can you not like such a beauty?
Also be sure to check Kuchomik’s site. Soon, he’ll have some nice pics of the band.

Not dead yet!
The lack of updates does not mean we’re dead – we’re just plain busy with both our work and projects. In the coming weeks (or months..) we’ll be publishing a new entry in the portfolio called “Projects”. The first project is already up (can be seen here). Also many cool gigs await to be shown. So stay tuned!:)
